Okay so I failed my driving test yesterday but I did something pretty bad… so I’ll start by saying I suffer from adhd, and bpd so I can be quite emotionally unstable and impulsive. So I had my test booked for 8:50 went on the test but the examiner was just a nasty man in no other words to put this. He huffed and puffed the whole drive and could just tell he did not want to be there. So I was 2 mins away from the test centre and there’s a stop sign i obviously stopped but a car was turning left and I waited until the car was turned and heading straight before trying to even attempt to take off and the examiner slams the brakes and says “WHAT ARE YOU ACTUALLY DOING LIKE WHAT ARE YOU ACTUALLY DOING THEY HAVENT COMPLETED THEIR TURN” and I said “omg I’m really really sorry” I was completely shaking and he goes “hurry up and move off” so I tried to move off while still shaking and forgot to pull the handbrake down and he goes “IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU THE HANDBRAKE IS STILL UP WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO” and once he screamed again I flooded with adrenaline and calmly said “shut the f up” and sped over 10mph of the normal speed limit up the hill back to the test centre but I could see fear in the examiners eyes and he started clutching onto the handle bar above his head and I swung him into the test centre and told him to get the fuck out. Didn’t listen to faults from him he just ran out the car he didn’t even speak to my instructor either got the email and I had 3 minors 1 dangerous. Am I banned from taking another test?? Anyone know what can happen here because of what I done??

I don’t think you should be on the road anyway.
You’ve just failed a driving test, not that unusual or unexpected.
You can book another one but believe there is a specific amount of time you have to wait. 10 days?
If your driving test examiner actually spoke to you in that way, you should report him as that’s not acceptable

Should you? Probably not, not for a while at least
How could you ’see fear in his eyes’? Weren’t you looking at the road?
The driving examiner sounds like a twat judging by what you’ve written. Make a complaint to the DVSA about the examiner, you never know he may have done similar things before and is on their last warning.
You have to wait 10 working days before re-booking a test, if I were you I’d book one at a different test centre to try and avoid meeting the guy again.
What did your instructor say?
He does this all the time.
