What is something that stresses you out and you have no idea why?

  1. When I’m sitting down relaxing somewhere and someone comes up to stand near me (or sometimes just in the same room) and just…stands there not seeming to be doing anything. What are you doing. Where are you going. Stop it.

  2. Travelling.. Especially the long ones that last days. Almost anything to do with it is a migraine trigger. Thinking about it gives me anxiety.

  3. Messes and clutter, but like on my one day off I can’t make myself take care of the mess or clutter
