What’s something at work that should take 2 minutes but always turns into a 30-minute thing?

Yesterday I went to the office kitchen to make a quick cup of tea…ended up spending 20 mins talking to a random colleague about taking the kids to the Dinosaur World, and then realised I was late for my meeting! 🙃
