How would your 12 year old self react if they saw you now?

I think young me would lost it about the piercings and how short my hair is
wasted potential
She would be happy and proud.
Shocked
I think 12 year old me would I think I turned out crazy with how much I drink and like to party, but I think they’d be happy I had a little bit of a glow up since then. But in comparison, things were a lot simpler and the world was kinder imo when I was 12 🙂
She’d be proud of where I am. Also, horrified at some of the stuff I’ve been through.
Embarrassed about some things, proud of some superficial accomplishments.
Confused, scared.
She’d be really impressed!
She’ll be proud but also shocked. Lol
She’d be wowed at how confident I am
She’d be happy. She told someone the truth that needed to be shared, and she’s working in an industry she’s always wanted to be in.
“HOW DID YOU GET SO FAT!” most probably.
She’d be grateful I eventually got braces lol
She would be so happy.
Sure I’m not in Tuscan McMansion but all the other stuff is so good. Really.
All she ever really wanted was her own safe home and a few kids to cuddle and call her own.
That’s what she she got and a couple of other things.
She would love me, because I’m cooler and tougher than any of the boys. I think the only thing she’d be disappointed in is that I don’t have like a million dogs. And I’m disappointed about that, too.
Laughter.
At first she’d be excited that I ever did anything besides hide in the bedroom. Then she’d be devastated I still never achieved her dreams.
12 year old me would be surprised that we’re still alive (31 now).
And I think she would be both proud and disappointed.
She would probably be so confused as to how the hell we got here. 💀
She’d be super pumped to know that we’re living with a BOY lol
She would be sad but also proud.
I’m the same as my 12 year old self with not much improvement in life.
She’d be proud. She would look up to her, and ask her a lot of questions.
Thank you for asking this! It’s helping me to smile brighter before falling asleep. ❤️
Disbelief. It would give her so much hope.
Ha! I was right.Told everyone I’d never ever, ever having any kids.
A little 12-year-old you just time-traveled and is now staring at you with wide eyes like, Wait… that’s me? what do you think she’d say? Would she be proud? Confused? Like, Why do we drink so much coffee? or OMG, we have our own place?! Maybe she’d be amazed at how strong you turned out. Or maybe she’d giggle at how you still trip over your own feet sometimes. 😅 Whatever it is, I bet she’d have questions. And maybe a few happy tears.
Depressed
Throw a fit probably
No boyfriend still? Lol
She’d mostly be sad and confused, I think.
I’d wish I was hotter.
She’d be happy that I’m still friends with our childhood friends. When I was age 12, all I cared about was friendships and being friends forever.
She’d be sad that I’m not married with kids and a hot rich husband but would be happy that I am hot and would definitely think I am cool. She might even change her mind on what she wants in life!
She’d be happy. Now at least, have finally achieved all that I wanted or most if what I wanted and some things are on their way.
I think she would be so sad but even more fucking proud.
I think she’d be a little disappointed that I’m back in my home town, but she would definitely think I was cool!
I would think i’m so cool!! All I wanted to do was travel the world and now i’ve seen about 8 different countries and 13 US states as a 24 year old !!
she would ask why I did not get full hips and big breasts since she learned this in a science lesson and thought it applied to every woman.
I’d be so mad at how fat I am
She’d ask if I’m in a relationship/married (I was a hopeless romantic/boy crazy)

12 year old me would have a slightly homophobic reaction about being gay because she wanted to fit in so badly
“Girl, we still don’t have friends? wtf. But damn, cool hair.”
