How does your routine change on days of your period?

It doesn’t. I just make sure I have tampons.
If I am having too many cramps I am mostly working from home or on sick leave
Lighter workouts, more sleep, more emotional self care
I run to the bathroom first thing in the morning 🤣
Pick our comfortable underwear and clothing – even if it’s a light flow I like my pants to be a bit oversized / comfy
Since my day 2 is the worst, I do my best to prep my lunch, outfit, anything for the next day so I can take my time / have time to sit with the heating pad before work
Otherwise most days are as normal for me.
nothing changes since my birth control almost entirely obliterates my periods.
Nothing changes. Life goes on with work, exercise etc. Exercise is probably important.
I take more baths at the end of the day and usually go to bed earlier. Plus I take my heating pad to work
Less exercise because pilates and hot yoga while bleeding suck.

I give up cooking and any activity that’s strenuous for me. I focus purely on myself and keeping me okay.
Mine are so incredibly heavy I can’t exercise cuz it feels like my insides are going to fall out if I move. So the first two days I try to sloth.
It depends. Sometimes it’s literally just wearing different underwear. Other times, I might skip a workout, drink some whiskey, have a heating pad on me, and not move once I get home from work. Freaking cramps.
