So I’ve recently started a new job in a place which is a hybrid of start-up and company of that makes sense.
After three months I think I’m fed up. My team gossiped about me on the second week i joined (found out at the summer party) and pretend in front of my face. They’re all very unprofessional, a lot of gaslighting and a lot of lack of accountability. Needless to say, bad leadership is the norm.
I’ve been off sick for a week and a half and just got back to work last week but thinking of resigning this Friday with one week notice, as per my probation period.
I’ve been given projects which never had a follow up (total waste of time), I’ve communicated when things didn’t make sense and needed further clarification but I’ve never been supported and I’ve been snubbed instead.
Also, my manager has no problem in not showing up for meetings set to actually chat in-depth about anything I’m unclear.
It’s been a nightmare!!
