I am trying to improve my social skills, one thing I am doing is to put myself in more social situations as a challenge to myself on a daily basis.
For example, today there is a gathering which I was only 50/50 about going. But to challenge myself I will go. Also I have my cousins birthday on Saturday night and maybe going to another gathering tomorrow night but will see not sure on that one as I work early the day after.
My question is when I am not directly going out to a social event. What challenges can I give myself on a daily basis to improve my social skills and or help my social anxiety?
Examples for work and days off would be very helpful! Thank you!
