Hi there.
I am a student in Manchester going into my second year. At the moment, my financial situation is dire and currently I am just about able to pay for rent this month and will be at the end of next month when studentfinance pays me, but between now and then I am essentially broke.
I'm not really sure what I can do at the moment, as I am a care leaver (was in foster care for half my life) so I dont have any at-home help or anyone to ask for money or food.
I know food banks are an option, and I have looked at some. But I wanted to ask if there was anything else I could do as I am really unsure at the moment.
I do apologise if this isn't the place to ask about this stuff, but like I said I don't really know what to do.
Please let me know if you can, even if it may seem obvious.
