I'm a broken record, trying to encourage my parents to provide my 10yr old siblings with protein, fiber, color. They all eat so much processed food, and choose snacks like fruit rolls up with dyes, corn syrup & unnecessary sugar – instead of the real fruit we have.
I've read the food kids eat impact their current & future selves hormonally, mentally, metabolically.
Should I just let it go? I'd like to believe it's not a big deal because they're kids & their bodies are resilient right now.
