The rental agent is withholding my deposit for no reason (The property was returned in original condition more than a month ago)..
The TDS suggested that I need to file a Tenant's Statutory Declaration. Which requires a solicitor as the witness.
Is this the only way to claim my deposit back if they don't cooperate?
How expensive is this process to get a solicitor?
