As far as I am concerned, any woman with a cute face who's not very overweight is considered attractive.

But when it comes to guys, Idk what the standard is supposed to be. Masculine face?? does that include like ugly men who nonetheless have very "manly" facial characteristics?

or does a guy's face even matter tbh? I feel women are all about a guy's body. Like tall, long slender-ish fingers, lean, abs, etc.

This is what I hear most of the time and I do understand why women find these features attractive but guys, face-wise just look meh to me, even the ones considered God tier among women like Clooney or Elba and such. They really don't look attractive to me? (I should say I'm not attracted to men but I do appreciate beauty and I don't really see it on 90% of the guys women say are attractive — so I wonder whether that factors in at all)

EDIT: I just realized my question was oddly phrazed, the question's really "what is considered attractive in a man". Not a native speaker, I apologize.
