So I just got onto a dating app for the first time in a while and see that a guy I met about 12 years ago, and have chatted in passing a few times since. I checked my phone book to find I had his number saved twice. I remember the first time we met, it was at a fundraiser which we left together and went dancing. It wasn't a romantic thing, it was more like me complaining that there wasn't anywhere to go dancing, so he wanted to prove there was. I remember having a nice time, and proving my point. Luckily there are now places to go dancing in our city. In the few times that we talked, I got the vibe that he was interested in me, but I was just not open to dating at that time. If he is interested in me, then I like that he can pick up on my "don't hit on me" vibe.
I did not choose to match with him today and don't think he would have seen me on there since my account had been activated for one minute.
I'm thinking about reaching out to him for a date. Help
