This is a bit of a vent, but also looking for advice.

I’m reading a book called “End Emotional Eating” by Jennifer Katz. While the book is helpful it makes me want to cut my head off and rest it on a table. Nonstop talk about emotions and feelings, I would just appreciate if it got to the point. Lots of discussing and pondering of my own feelings….. it’s not that complicated…

Am I missing something? What can I do to make this book more bearable? Processing through the book feels like splitting hairs and my brain goes in circles from one page to the next.
