Hello – apologies if this has been asked before (I have looked!) or if it’s not right for this group or whatever.
I’ve been with Vodafone since 2011, getting a new iPhone (though not the newest available) every two years. I’m paying way more than I think I should be for a basic calls/texts/data plan.
My priority is saving money – I need a new handset because I smashed one and so currently using a nearly 4 year old iPhone that’s slowly dying – I really don’t need anything fancy – I know how to use iPhones but I’m not wed to them.
I would really ideally like to keep my number because changing it is a pain in the bum. What’s my best course of action here, experts?
