I bought an Emma mattress. First time trying a foamy BIAB so was reassured by their 200 night trial, which said if I didn't like it they'd collect it and give me a refund. Er, nope.

Now they're just emailing asking me why I didn't like it and depending on my response they'll "look into this further" and consider "the appropriate next steps". You'd think the next steps might involve honouring the terms the thing was sold under, but sadly no.

Has anyone actually managed to return their Emma mattress during the 200 night trial period and get a refund?
