How much do you care about your physical appearance?

I have depression and it is hard for me to care about it much. Some days I am glad I brush my teeth or take a shower.
meh it’s not a big deal to me. I’m clean, wearing clean clothes but I dont care to look ‘put together’ or wear makeup if I go out to friends’ houses, errands etc.
Retired and 70 so my answer is probably a little bit different than when I was younger, but not too much. I watch my weight, I exercise, I wear clothes that suit my style, which is very casual, especially now, but they are nice clothes. When I go out, I wear a bit of makeup and fix my hair. Which is all to say I do care about my appearance. The difference being that when I was younger, I thought more about the “impact” my appearance might be making on others, specifically men. Now my appearance is about making myself happy.

A lot, sometimes too much. I care because I appreciate beautiful things in all things, so I want myself to match it, but sadly also because I was bullied as a child/teen, leading me to be very focused on my looks. I also come from culture that values “natural” beauty, which actually sets beauty standard even higher than in countries where visible alterations are acceptable.
It’s very important to me. Inside beauty and outside beauty.
A lot. One has to look presentable when social interaction is anticipated. If not, I don’t really bother.
I try super hard to look nice. It’s an integral part of my confidence.
i consider myself somebody who does care at some degree, but if based on beauty standards something could be better (and i think that’s true), im not very prone to fix it
It’s hard to say because I don’t always have the energy or motivation to care in the way I want to
