How to choose two ot three passions when you have too many ?

I've always worked in the creative field, as a sound engineer, as a photographer and other creative positions.

Thing is, I'm getting older and I have way too many passions that could become my job if I worked long enough in one or two specific field.

I like to write, to compose music, to take pictures, to shot videos, to paint,..

I have a hard time choosing one or two fields, one day I'm more into writing, the other more into music.

Any of you had the same issue and had to make a choice ?
