I’m crashing out gang.
I got a text from a girl I’ve been hung up on (we dated at the beginning of the year) last night. I really really liked her so it was a bummer when she called stuff off.
She said essentially she was too busy for a relationship and really liked me but just couldn’t do it at the time. I figured that was just a nice way of letting me down. Found her on an app a couple weeks later so I assumed that was right (sent her a like that never got answered).
Then last night I get a text that says “hey, I’ve been thinking about you recently and hope you’re doing well – let me know if you wanna grab a drink and catch up :)” and like WHAT DO I DO W THAT??
Why ask to do this? Like I don’t wanna get hurt getting my hopes up but idk why she’d ask to hang out if this was platonic. To be honest I don’t know why there would be platonic interest at all.
I’m just so confused. This type of stuff happens a lot w girls w me. Like what’s goin on man.
