Dating is so funny sometimes because you’ll meet the most questionable people but sometimes it doesn’t work out but you’re not even upset, because you laugh at how silly it was. I got ghosted by a Mexican man (M32) and it was fine, we had good conversation, had some similar interests, views, and then he ghosted me but comes back a week later texting me saying “hey so umm it’s just not gonna work out. You’re nice but I’m honestly looking for someone that’s more like me.” Which I said ?? because truly what? and then said that it made him uncomfortable that I looked and acted more white than Mexican. Which is such a lame take to assume as latin people that were all a monolith but apparently liking nerdy things and not looking copy paste was his last straw. I thought it was funny but what about you guys? Ever been turned down for a ridiculous reason?
