I’m a single woman in my 40’s. I like being single. I have children, I have a career I love, and I have enough female friends. I also have no desire to be in a relationship in the foreseeable future, or likely ever.
I do like men in general, especially smart and interesting men – I just don’t like being in relationships with them. What I would really love to do is casually go on dates, have a nice time, engaging conversation, and…. Go home to my kids and job and not have any of the relationship stuff. And I definitely don’t want to have sex with them.
How many men would actually enjoy this? I feel like not many – but surely there is single men out there who just enjoy good company with no strings attached? Even if it’s just while they are waiting to meet someone who they do want to actually date?
