It's a topic I've mostly ignored in my 20's when all men feel invincible but one that I started taking seriosly after 30. I have a mild IBS and my BM are sensitive to what I eat.

I'm usually a 1-2 times per day guy but consistency varries around type5 on the bristol scale. I go up to "approximate" type 4 (never perfect) sometimes by regulating it from diet but have to be super careful what I eat.

I was curios if people out there have this "issues" or concerns and how are you BM after 30 ? Super clean and consistent or varries a lot on slight diet varriantions ?
