I’ve settled into a life I don’t even like. How can I learn to make the best of it?

I’m leaning more towards trying to make the best of it, because at this point and at my age, change feels damn near impossible.

Thank god for my job because I’m pretty sure it’s the only thing keeping me going at this point.
