Hey everyone,

I’m currently around 15% body fat and it feels good, but honestly I'm not sure I want to keep the amount of effort it requires (food restriction and workouts).
And I feel it will get harder and harder to maintain with the years

I’m not after hardcore fitness or looking shredded, I just want to feel good in my body and stay healthy in that regard

I’ve been wondering if aiming for something like 20% body fat would be totally fine for steady health ?
Or is 15% really worth the extra effort ?

Also curious about what body fat % others aim for and how you balance that with your lifestyle.
