I’m going through my photos to post on tinder and they’re mostly all shit. bad angles, bad expressions, bad lighting, all that. most people say I look better in real life than in pics even when I do get dates. I tried using a site called photofeeler to rate my pics and yeah they’re all shit so at least if I get professionally taken photos I’d be able to run them through that and see if they’re actually any better than the ones I take myself…

  1. Yeh, gotta be honest, the professional ones were all pretty fake and lame.

Had much better luck going out with a friend and bringing a camera along to take photos along the way and during activities.

  2. Waste of money I’d say. Just use anyone you know iPhone, get a friend to take your pics or get a tripod and take em yourself. Those are the best pics I’ve seen on dating sites, something you can casually post to Instagram. Not professional pics, might scream fake profile or a bit odd lol.

  3. get a friend who posts good photos online and ask them to help out, or whoever took their photos for them. don’t get professional ones, the profiles I saw with pro ones looked too try hard and linkedin-ish.

get a film camera if you can too, it tends to flatter most people and looks quite nice on apps
