How similar are you and your best friend’s physical type preference in romantic partners?

We both like height in men and big hands
We’ll agree theoretically on what we find attractive, and then actually see a guy and completely disagree. Which is probably for the best!
He’s into big bulky men. I’m mostly into women and feminine-leaning men 😂
We usually never have any similarities in what we find attractive, which really works for us.
We’ve only agreed once so far in our long ass friendship.
We don’t really have physical types as far as I know. In looking at our current and ex partners, neither list has any real consistency in physical appearance.
So, I guess we are similar in that we don’t really have specific physical types for potential partners.
Not similar at all
Completely different! I didn’t find any of her partners attractive. And all my partners have been so different from another.Â
And our preferences in personality are super different too. I couldn’t stand most of her partners.Â
We are total opposites. She likes big, bulky, muscular, hairy, bearded guys and I like slim/athletic, softer featured types.
Almost every bestie I have had or do have we have opposite types. It honestly is such a blessing
Totally opposite.
Me: Dark hair, Southern European looks. Eyes: it depends. No preference here. I don’t care about the height. I’m smol. 99.9% of the guys is taller than me, but I think I wouldn’t date someone smaller than me. What is more, when guy is really tall (like a basketball player), mostly I don’t feel comortable.
Her: Scandinavian vibes. Very tall is a must.
Fun fact — she’s often mistaken for Italian, while I get mistaken for a girl from Northern Europe.
She ended with the guy that doesn’t look like typical Swedish boy (he is only tall), and my ex didn’t give any Italian vibes and was tall af.
Totally opposite. He finds people I find super attractive too conventional looking and people he tends to find attractive I don’t think are attractive at all.
We both have to apologize before sending pics of our crushes
Neither I nor any of my friends really has a specific “type”. I guess we each have a range of what we find attractive and there is at least some overlap.
Totally different. She likes super muscular dudes (like John Cena). I’ve always liked skinny nerdy looking dudes (like Elijah Wood). Funny enough, neither of us married our types!
Opposite- she likes blonde hair blue eyed and I like brown eyes, dark hair
Pretty much opposite, actually! I tend to go for tall, introverted types, and my best friend loves outgoing, athletic guys. Makes double dating fun though since we never clash over the same person.
Probably for the best we all have completely different types in men. I like outgoing, confident nerdy guys who like to go out and have fun. My college bestie prefers more conservative quiet types. My other bestie prefers men who look and act like the guy from Bridgeton season 1 OR super emo lookin dudes. So it all works out!

could not be more different. her fiancé is 2 years older, egyptian, 5’9, and a bit of a dad bod. my fiancé is 2 months older, polish, 6’5, lean but muscular swimmer body type. my bestie and ai are also complete opposites! she is 5’0, dark brown hair, olive skin, light green eyes, puerto rican mixed with irish + chinese + persian, and maybe a size 4-6. i am 5’7, medium blonde, pale pinkish skin, dark blue eyes, irish girl, size 12-14. we think it makes sense!
