What small purchase had a significant impact in your life?

Earplugs. Helped me sleep better, focus more and stay calm in noisy places. Didn’t think something so small would help that much.
A “fake screen door” curtain. We can leave our back door open to the deck and get fresh air, plus the dog can go in and out on her own. Serious game-changer for summer!
So I didn’t make the purchase my partner did but he got me one of those big cups for Christmas. I had asked for one back in November probably. Preferably with collegiate logos.
A little bit before Christmas I started a medication that gives me really intense dry mouth. And don’t you know it on Christmas Day I opened up the box with the big cup. I have used that big cup everyday since December 25th 2024.
Extra long tweezers! I use em for so many things like getting hair out of deep drains, declogging the vacuum, and getting things out of hard-to-reach places!
A 3$ notebook. Turned into therapy session, idea dump, and emotional landfill all in one🥹
We have a mini fridge in our bedroom and I swear it’s the closest thing to feeling like royalty before having a servant. We don’t keep too many drinks but it’s a lot of snacks. Ice cream, tiramisu cups, chocolate mousse, cheesecake, whatever you need to keep cold.
