I've heard that there are so many chocolate stores if you visit cities in Belgium. Unfortunately, I've never tried Belgian chocolates except for those Guylians sold from supermarkets in my country.
For me, it's Italy or Portugal.
What's the best chocolate you've ever tried and which European country do you hold in high regard when it comes to its chocolates?

  1. Which planet do you live in? The eternal question has always been Belgian vs Switzerland. 

    Anecdotal evidence, my students did a blind test (I was teaching the difference between primary vs secondary research and different methods like focus groups etc) of Swiss vs Belgian and essentially pure black chocolates were better from BE and milky chocs were better from CH
