  1. This weekend is a big ‘Birthday Weekend ‘ (not mine!) …so there will be lots of events, it’s going to be hectic! Of course as it’s Palermo pretty much every event will include eating a lot, I’m going to try and pace myself…

    How are typical birthdays where you live? Do people usually celebrate at home? At a restaurant? Or do something different, some kind of activity for example?

  2. I see that an American citizen has been arrested by the Indian authorities for illegally visiting the forbidden island of North Sentinel (Andoman Islands).

    The Sentinelese are highly protected, there are only about 150 of them still living there.

    At least the American guy got away better than the missionary who landed on the island a few years back..he was killed and his body was never recovered.

  3. After I don’t know how many hours on the train and plane fuck me if I even know what day it is but GUYS. Japanese toilets have heated seats! And heated wash water 😭 my wasted years putting my butt cheeks on cold seats and washing my butt with cold water. 

    I’m never coming back. Maybe if I can bring a toilet seat as souvenir.
