What’s the best view, regardless of the property condition, that can you buy in your region for less than €750K?

Here’s my recent finding. It’s a very dated 100 years old cabin on what Czechs call the “Czech aspen”.
The view is amazing, the land is huge, and it could be yours for a cool €750K.
Or the equivalent of a descent apartment in Bolzano, Italy with great views to the alps there.
