In your opinion, what is the most upscale neighborhood in all of Europe? What about in your country, city, or region? Do you think it would rank within the top 10 in Europe? I hear it wouldn't be in the Nordics, despite them being wealthier on a GDP per capita basis, as Nordic societies are more egalitarian, so excessive displays of wealth and luxury are highly looked down upon and viewed as tacky, aside from their countries lacking much of the aristocratic Old Money wealth (not much history of oligarchs ruling their societies to find lavish palaces, manors, churches, villas, mansions, neighborhoods, vacation resorts).

Would it perhaps be in one of the large metropoles like

  • London (Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington, Belgravia)
  • Paris (Le Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Champs-Élysées and Parc Monceau)
  • Rome (Parioli, Prati, Aventino)

Or in some luxury vacation destination like

  • Lake Como
  • Amalfi Coast
  • St. Moritz
  • St. Tropez
  • Cannes
  • Monaco
  • Marbella
