Would you say I am English with Nigerian Heritage?

I was born and raised in London to Nigerian Parents. (In between, I was in Nigeria at age 2-4/2-5)

I then lived in Nigeria from age 13-21.

At age 21, came back to London and now been living there the past 7 years.
