I heard in one case that Walmart got into legal trouble for how it tried to regulate employee sex and romance lives with other, among other things that made people mad with their anti union operations and the way they tried to spy on employees in some cases.
Granted some of them have the potential for power problems like a president of a country and an intern who just graduated from university or some mistress of France in 1899, but nobody would try something like that now would they?
