If so, what's your honest opinion?
My SO is Dutch and he's used to Mexican Spanish and can usually differentiate between other Latam accents.
One time we went to Panama and a Spanish guy kept talking and my SO complained his accent sounded horrible. He asked "Is that Spain Spanish? Damn that's annoying af." But that's Dutch directness for you lol.
