We're currently trying to sell our apartment and I can tell you it's quiet. That's due to increase in living costs and interest rates. Almost all new construction is also on halt.
That said, there definitely was kind of a bubble during the pandemic and many people applied for big loans thinking that interest rates would stay low forever.
