Commercial surrogacy (carrying someone else’s baby to term for money) is illegal in the whole EU, but is legal in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and Israel. Would you prefer the EU to legalize it or not? Why?

Only altruistic surrogacy (carrying the baby to term for free with variable strict conditions) is legal in some EU countries currently.
