Just wanted to ask if you think it’s normal that guys are staring at another guy constantly. When I go outside I’ll always get looks and stares from other men and I’m quite confused what it means.
I’m not a very masculine dude – more flamboyant and girls and guys usually describe me as either cute, pretty or handsome. I haven’t been told but I myself think that I can be a bit feminine in my gestures and also due to my physical appearance (skinny, light hair/eyes, soft skin). Your typical twink (e.g Troye Sivan) to describe it better. I’ve struggled for a while not being a typical masc guys, physically but also from my behaviour, but I think I learned to quite love myself nowadays.
However I get quite uncomfortable with the male attention that I am getting lately as I can’t always read the situation. I’ve started working in hospitaly about 8 months ago and every time I’m there I notice so many eyes on me whenever I appear in their area (it’s quite a large working space). When I’m busy doing something and quickly make a move I see how (especially guys) are quickly trying to look away. I’ve usually react to that and look at the people myself once or twice and try to just ignore it and look at the floor after that. I guess sometimes I can be a bit prejudice myself and think that other dudes will react badly or even aggressive to me, but in most cases they are extremely friendly and nice to me whenever I have to interact with them. I generally don’t know what to think about all that and how I myself might behave in a different way.
Does someone experienced something similar or has some other insights or tips.?
