(M27) – I want to see her again but each time I go back gently to ask her how she is I am filled with anxiety, my hands and feet turn cold in 30 degrees and I am not able to sleep in peace. with all this too I am not able to let go bcz she was my first and I have imagined my future with her. I have fucked up other relationship for this one too. Cant channel this anger/guilt anywhere. I dont know how to move forward. What are your thoughts?
