My husband is a long time, but sporadic golfer. Between his work schedule and family life he previously only golfed once or twice a year at most. He is now retired and has lots of time on his hands to really get I to golfing so I’d like to gift him a nice club or clubs to start him off.
He currently has one of those Callaway golf sets where it’s all the clubs and the bag, I’m sure he spent $400 or less for the whole set. I don’t know much about these things but that seems like it’s probably considered the entry-level version, and I’d like to get him something a little more special . What would you suggest I buy to get him started? I am not looking to buy him an entire full set right now so something that I can build an expand on over time. Thank you.
