For example somewhere like [Sterling College](https://maps.app.goo.gl/HBNBLhCCt7rX91No8) in Kansas? There are loads like this, where there is a very small and seemingly incredibly remote town where a huge amount (sometimes more than the town) is taken up by a university campus/buildings.
These always grab my imagination when I find them on google maps, what are these universities/towns like?
How/why do you end up going to one/working at one?
What’s the rest of the town like?
What do people do outside of university there e.g for fun?
How far do people come to go to these places?
Also if you have any good examples of this kind of thing please let me know.
