When I was in 8th grade in Ukrainian school, we had “Lyceum Day”. One day a year we had classes as if it were the 19th century. The first lesson was “The Law of God” – a religion lesson, and an priest gave us a sermon.

In British schools there is a Victorian Day, when students pretend that it is the Victorian era. Sometimes similar things are done in museums. Like, “let’s show the kids what school was like many years ago.”

Do Americans have something similar? How it was?
