Something I have never got my head around, is that whenever a customer makes a purchase, the owner requires the customer to leave their name and addresses which he keeps in a file…
Is this even allowed for GDPR purposes? If a customer buys something for a £1 he will insist on getting their information for “fraud” reasons.
