So my family is here from out of state and staying with us and like they try talking to me and I can’t seem to hold an actual conversation. It’s not that I’m not interested I just genuinely have super bad socialization skills and don’t know how to add to a conversation or get rid of the awkward silence. I can talk about things I like but then it’s just hard for me to even go into depth without getting in my own head about how I’m ruining the convo.
I’m generally very antisocial and nervous all the time.
