I have been told recently that I am talking a lot ( being carried away during conversations ) due to which I am giving out lot of unnecessary and personal details. He told me people wouldn’t respect you if let out not so good details about family or me or him.

I also noticed that I also talk a lot when I feel anxious. I am lonely most of times and when I am in a group of people I feel that may be I talk a lot because there is always no one to listen except then. Is it correct?

I want to work on it and improve. Any suggestions?

What have you guys done when you came across such scenarios ?
