An Indian introvert in her late 20s here who overthinks everything in life.
So my family just introduced me to a guy recently. I didn’t say much that night (maybe didn’t say anything at all) and it took a couple of days for any conversation to happen between us. I decided to make the first move and say hi and become friends.
Messaged for a couple of weeks now. He is really slow in replying and doesn’t say much which gives me the impression that he isn’t interested. When I asked him, he says he wanted to take his time to get to know me as he doesn’t want to spoil either of our lives. I feel like he doesn’t take any initiative in our conversations. I have been told that he is quite shy.
With how dry our messages have been and probably being left on seen, I get the feeling maybe he doesn’t want to go ahead with this and doesn’t know how to tell me. I am starting to like this guy here and previously have pretty much been rejected in relationships for being too boring. Any advice guys as I really do like this guy and do want to get married for the right reasons.
